hand_labeled not updated if qrs is edited late in the pipeline

apply_weighting in MovingEnsembler resets hand_labeled to zeros, which might not be what we want.

MEAP crash on Windows 10

Hi,
MEAP is crashing upon launching on newer versions of Windows 10.
The command line window showed error messages, but it was too brief for me to see what was said.

Here's my system information:

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 1909
OS build 18363.836

BPointClassifier only loads when changed from the open file dialogue

Changing text in the box does nothing

Memory leak in loading bpoint classifier

Looks like the default classifier loader is stuck:

Error Code: "NameError: global name 'index' is not defined

Trying to use the analyze portion of the app MEAP, but keep running into the same coding error for my files. Tried to cut down on the amount of data and see if that would work, but it did not. Along with this error is the following:

Doesn't work with Windows 11 or any Mac OS 11.6.1
