Create Website
As the DTR project lead, I'd like to have a website to act as the landing page for the project. It should contain information about the project and it's goals. It should also have a development blog and wherever possible posts detailing what is going on within the project.
Acceptance Criteria
- Website should be easy to update
- Deployment must be fully automated via Github action
