Don't try hit redis for the stylesheet

When a key isn't found, if a 404 template page refers to a stylesheet then there will be a subsequent HTTP request for that stylesheet (this much is normal). But as a consequence, this results in a redis hit such as

get "/stylesheets/style.css"

Two solutions come to mind:

• have inline CSS for the error page
• Examine the request URL and don't hit redis if it doesn't look like a key

Though other solutions might be suitable.

Have a better index page

Current we try to look up / as a key if we hit the site root. Better would be to display a lightweight page of some sort.

Improve URL handling

We currently do a lazy strip of the leading / of the request path. Better would be to use proper URL handling techniques to extract the required key (in case there are query strings added or similar)
