Additional Role

Is it possible to create a role for Advisory? We're people, too. Sort of :)

Ability to "remove" avatars

Would be great to remove avatars without needing to refresh the page.

Something like a floating "X" near the top-right of avatars when hovered over.

Happy to propose a PR if it sounds like a good idea?

Support HTTPS

Given personal data is accessed by this site, it would be good to have it using & enforcing HTTPS.

This should hopefully be a simple thing to implement, but I can't speak to specifics without knowledge of the hosting/infra situation (happy to help if I can).

It will be good to be able to rearrange the avatars the way the user wants

Currently we have the ability to sort the avatars in alphabetic/reverse-alphabetic order. It will be good to have options to move the avatars around for logical grouping

Mobile support

I'm not sure how often your users will be on mobile, but as a minimum step, adding the appropriate HTML tags to set the viewport and show the site responsively would help people visiting via mobile see the site and how it works.

To let it work on mobile, you'd need to support a file select mechanism other than drag and drop.

Ability to use Gravatar images

This is a really useful little app. Thanks again for building it :)

One useful feature (to me, anyway) would be to be able to add avatars just by adding a person's email address and sourcing an image from Gravatar. The Gravatar URL format is pretty trivial to generate and also allows for custom sizing of the image it returns.

A feature like this would make it easier to just enter a bunch of email addresses for a team rather than chase them all individually for profile images.

Photo stretches

Hi Matt, Love the app but the photo stretches if it's not equal dimensions. Can you make it so it doesn't make my team mates look weird? Thanks Nic!

Ability to add names after removal

When there is a role specified, I can't seem to add a name after the name is removed.
I could only add a name after it's being removed when the role is "NIL".

It would be great if users are able to add a name back after they've removed their name.

Passive avatar border colour

I've noticed that the colour of the border of the passive avatars changes with the colour of it's respective active avatar. I think it would be best if the colours of the borders of the passive avatars are consistent.
