Other ZIP Sources

The data from OSM varies in quality. If there are official sources available, they should be used instead.
This issue collects those sources:

Zips missing

The current strategy to extract zips from osm is to only use data of nodes.
Ways seem to contain zip information as well. They should be considered, too.

Better country recognition

Currently a zip is only added to the export if the same node/way also contains a city and a country.
Sometimes the country is missing in this data, which leads to zips not being added.

Maybe there are other strategies to recognize those missing countries, e.g. by geographical location
