Add dashboard functionality

• Create task Element in JS
  We need to create HTML elements. createElement might be useful here. These elements could be appended to the task's container with append.

• Display tasks from localStorage
  The tasks are saved in an array. We need to create an element of every task.
  map could be useful here.

• Tasks are filtered by date
  filter makes it possible to select tasks by date.

• Complete tasks on click (should be completed even after reload)
  We need to add a new property to our task objects. Maybe call it completed (boolean).
