Create several groups if enough people are registered

If enough people are registered to form several groups, the bot could suggest to form multiple groups and ping those groups appropriately.

Does not correctly initialise the database on fresh clone

As far as I can tell, this doesn't actually initialise the database if you start from a fresh clone. Upon trying to add a character,

Refactor and improve visibility for $close-event

Function is in need of a refactor.

The dialogue for selecting a party composition is also a bit confusing.
