Parse newline char in note attribute

Hi there!

I was using your great VS Code plugin and works fine. Although it would be very nice if we could separate the note text in different lines. I tried to put "\n" within the string but it did not parse that.

Could it be possible?

AGPL support

It seems to not support AGPL and only GPL.

Support setting a additional text

I have a request, currently things look like this

instead also support adding some extra text with a setting option

ex:

Can the All rights reserved be on the same line?

Is it possible to add the suffix, "All rights reserved." on the same line as the copyright author. Basically just one line for the copyright instead of two?

Copyright should not start at the first line of a file in some cases

For languages such as Javascript (Node.js binary module), shellscript, html and xml which has mandatory declarations in the first line, the header should be inserted after this declaration line.

Add a configuration to stop automatically adding copyright background tasks

When looking at some external source code, such as C++ STL, this task will modify the source file, which is not expected.
