Load single file components from strings

Since we're rendering templates dynamically, it's easier to register these components from strings.
I've made an issue on the repository of vue3-sfc-loader about some of the troubles I'm having: FranckFreiburger/vue3-sfc-loader#2

Invalid HTML attributes get removed by BeautifulSoup

Some Vue attributes like @click are not working because I think they get removed by BeautifulSoup while parsing. A workaround is to use v-on: right now because that attribute starts with a letter.

Fix some performance issues with lazy load

The initial load takes some time and can possibly be optimized by loading some components lazily.

Vuejs Devtool not working

The Vuejs devtool is not picking up that the site is running with vuejs. Tested the official extension on both chrome and firefox and on both sites the "Vue.js not detected" message appeared.

Add BootstrapVue and Vuetify options

I'm going to call these plugins, which can be added to DjangoVueView classes.

Can we bundle javascript?

This might be possible, but maybe not for dynamic rendered javascript/templates.

Add SCSS support

Vue-sfc-loader adds the possibility to register other languages like scss. This can be useful to support existing Vue components.

Add configuration variables

Add the possibility to define other cdn's or versions for vue and vue-sfc-loader inside the Django settings.

ListViews and DetailViews are not working yet

ListViews and DetailViews have extra properties like object_list and object that aren't filled in by this library, this should be fixed.

Vue single file components should be uglified

In order to protect the source code of Vue components, they should be uglified before returning them in the response.

How to use vue SFC components?

How do we import components ? Also how do we register a component like app.use(...) In vue 3. Thanks

Make a Pypi release

There is already an existing django-vue package that does not seem to be maintained, so I'd have to register it under a name like django-vuejs or try and ask the owner of the package if I can have the name.

REAMDE.md still covers Django Fluid

Django Fluid was replaced by Django Vue, however the README.md still covers how to use Django Fluid and not how to use Django Vue.

Page keeps reloading

I've encountered that some pages keep reloading without any reason. This is possibly a conflict with some old javascript still in place.
