Picking correct frequency if no sound has been played yet

When a user didn't press start but clicks on the right frequency (so without playing any sound before that) JavaScript throws the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'disconnect' of null

at showResult (toneGenerator.js:107)
at HTMLDivElement. ((index):56)

Remember volume and difficulty setting

The frequency trainer could remember volume and difficulty settings

Lay-out

the responsive web design (fluid layout) needs some optimization. Easy/Normal/Hard work fine on my 1080p monitor, but Pro cannot fit without a horizontal scrollbar. Can't imagine how it even looks on a mobile browser. I would suggest scrapping the mixing fader design and perhaps going with something more like FabFilter Pro-Q. A simple frequency grid with dots could be a lot more scalable.

Levels

Each difficulty mode could have 5-10 levels you have to "beat" with each one increasing in difficulty. Beating a level might involve answering X amount of test frequencies correctly without getting any wrong.

Only easy mode available

Normal, hard & pro mode still need to get added.

Randomization

randomization could use some improvement. During the easy-mode test, 4 in a row were 800hz, the next 4 in a row were 8khz
