Can't run DKM

Hello! I have a little problem, I'm learning how to do apply on a dataset a reduction and clustering at the same time and your DKM looks good for that.
Unfortunately, I can't run it on my notebook (i like notebook...)
Do you have a sample of code, a demo which could help me ?

I am not able to run the code since I do not know the exact Python version and library versions that are compatible with the code, so can you please provide them so that running the code would not take up much time?
