How to Configure Automation Shortcuts in iOS 🤖

1. Open the Shortcuts app on your iOS device 📱.
2. Tap the plus sign (+) to create a new automation 🆕.
3. Tap Create Personal Automation 🧑.
4. Tap Add Trigger and select App 📱.
5. Choose the time-wasting app that you want to trigger HoldOn 🕰️.
6. Tap Next and select Open App as the action 📲.
7. Choose HoldOn as the app to open 🚫.
8. Tap Next and give your automation a name 📝.
9. Tap Done to finish creating the automation 🎉.

Now, every time you open the specified time-wasting app, HoldOn will automatically open to remind you to think twice before continuing 🤔.
