Setup

Assuming you have yarn, run the following commands to install dependencies and run the App:

yarn install
yarn dev

Obs: Dont forget to copy the content of .env.example file to a new .env file before starting

[Frontend] Fix public songs item design and special character on search

Description

On public songs page when you search something like this "Até" the page will break by unsuported URL characters. URL encoding might fix this.

Also update item layout to add more visibility to who published the song.
