I really liked your repository, I did not expect that such a valuable application would come across to me, which I can use in chemistry lessons!
I suggest creating groups of colors and coloring elements depending on the group

For example

interface: draw columns and rows

move to AGPL v3 license

Doesn't start

I tried to run the program in different ways, but it does not start.
Is it possible that this is just my problem?

My data:

• Win 10
• Python~=3.7

pack into executable file

no normal healthy person would like to know about pip or venv. they need just simple executable to start

may be should try pyinstaller one more time
