Icon misaligned

Smaller icons with transparent backgrounds are not accurately aligned with connection lines.

Table resize causes problem with connecting lines

Resize of table rows does not cause redraw of connecting lines.

Multiline rows cause connecting lines to not connect cleanly under some circumstances

When multi-line table rows are present the connecting lines sometimes don't connect properly.
This is a problem with the way the connection line height is changed with row height.

Rows with uneven colspan structure not displaying properly

There is an issue (probably not one that will be encountered often) when rows in the table have different td structures. Since the current code takes it on faith that all rows in the body have no colspans in them, then selection of the tree column may end up being wrong if colspan is used.
The downside here is added complexity and computation overhead (each row would need to be scanned least once to figure out where the correct column was and to be reliable this would have to be caught by the observers in case the user dynamically changed these colspans after the first scan).
This all seems a bit OTT, but if it's something people really need I'll look into supporting it.

Add JQuery DOM change hooks

Adding some simple JQuery post function hooks (see here for one possible way to do this) may prove more efficient for users already using JQuery than using an observer.

This obviously runs the risk of some DOM changes being missed if they're done without using JQuery, but that's the tradeoff the user will have to decide.

Connecting lines still broken

There are still some use cases where connecting lines do not align perfectly, particularly with node glyphs.
