Review functionality

Figure out what modules are doing so we can start clearing out unnecessary ones.

TeachFTW needed as soon as we're able

short-term need: TeachFTW website template we can offer to the regional hubs - to catalog/show/connect the new training/peer support signups

I'm collecting a lot of information about people who'd like to help with peer support and training, and meeting a lot of people who are running regional support systems who could house and steward this information if we could provide a good way for them to do it.

Redesign

Start thinking through functionality and interface redesign.

Strip code

Get rid of unnecessary modules. This includes building custom modules if we're only using a tiny aspect of an existing module. Use what we need and throw out the rest.

Review theming

Currently using Omega 3, but not using it cleverly. Review options for base changes, either O4 or Foundation.

Basic code update

Get all modules to current rec versions, make sure they work, assess moving to dev versions.
