Incorrect version of msvcr100.dll shipped with 32-bit distribution

I am having the same problem with nzbCheck that I had with the 32-bit distribution of ngPost v4.16. ie it appears that the 64-bit version of msvcr100.dll is shipped instead of the 32-bit version. Once I replaced msvcr100.dll with a 32-bit version nzbCheck worked.

[Feature] Add Percentage of Tolerance against Missing Articles

Hi,

In practice, when you are trying to corroborate if an NZB is alive, it is enough to allow a maximum percentage of missing items (10% is the unwritten standard?) That does not belong to the Par2 files, after that limit and having corroborated that The Par2 are alive, you could consider an NZB as dead and stop the check.

In summary, could you implement options to establish a percentage of tolerance if you know that the NZB contains recovery files to a percentage x?

When an incorrect user or password is entered the program not warn the user, it only returns that there are NO missing articles.

Not all password chars are working with nzbCheck

Not all chars are working with the password parameter.

For example when using "/" it does not work.
