Course/Schedule Agreement

When a student was previously enrolled in another course without a schedule and now is enrolled in a course with a schedule, the two conflict.

Active checks needed for new schedules

Incorrect Column naming results in a cryptic error when calculating student progress

Courses with no grades cause fatal error

Find unique students to make locating correct spelling easier

New students result in duplicate records from `calc_progress`

Try Its Left column

Create a column that specifies how many Try Its (including skipped Try Its) they have left.

When student not found in mathable, needed pace is not calculated

Students with no progress drop out of days/tryits left calculation

Pacing and progress doesn't account for missing assignments

We are able to know how many assignments a student has skipped so it would be useful to include a "skipped assignments" column.

Names with spaces are not correctly stripped to first/last name
