Stock trading system using technical analysis to help investing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Stock Exchange Investor

Stock Exchange Investor is a system that aims to help investing on the stock exchange (it is primarily focused on the Warsaw Stock Exchange). It was developed as a BSc thesis and is based on the fundamental concepts of technical analysis (technical indicators).

Features

• viewing stock data and charts,
• dashboard displaying current market activity,
• managing own investments in stocks,
• defining investment strategies based on technical indicators,
• running simulations on historic stock data (using previously defined strategies).

Architecture

The system consists of:

• web application (ASP.NET MVC),
• console app for running various jobs (such as collecting stock data),
• SQL Server database,
• Redis cache (optional).
