More error feedback on the Create Form

Schedule Model Normalization (recurring and punctual)

Lots of work to do Schedule because it can be both a punctual schedule and a recurring schedule
First, the client has to clean up the input before it is pushed to the server.
Second, we need to clean up the various client side forms to correctly allow for both types of inputs

ng-if the Map correctly

Map only loads when it is wrapped by an ng-if. Due to Google Maps weirdness.
Map load occurs:
(1) In Create Form
(2) In MAPS tab of Read form

Filter Read by Type, Time, Place
