ConvertTo-Hashtable -PSCustomObject | -Json instead of separate ConvertTo-HashtableFrom... cmdlets

Hej @mczerniawski :) I was just looking through your repo ... And would like to join growing it. When I saw those long ConvertTo-HashtableFromPSCustomObject and ConvertTo-HashtableFromJson cmdlets, I thought about that standard cmdlets often have flags for different input types ...

Get-Item -Path | -LiteralPath | -Stream

... and that a single ConvertTo-Hashtable cmdlet with optional -PSCustomObject and -Json flags might look a bit more convenient:

PS> ConvertTo-Hashtable -PSCustomObject $input

PS> ConvertTo-Hashtable -Json $input
