Remove video tutorial on mainpage

The video tutorial on the main page at http://meanjs.org/ is very old and should simply be removed as it is deceiving

Favicon not working on generated docs/0.*.x pages

Site is looking for Favicons in the wrong location on the following pages:

• http://meanjs.org/docs/0.4.x/index.html
• http://meanjs.org/docs/0.3.x/index.html

For example, it is trying to serve it from '/docs/0.4x/img/favicon.ico' rather than from '/img/favicon.ico'

Clone "Docs 0.4.2 Latest" to "Docs 0.5.0 Latest" and make some changes

Since we have mean.js 0.5.0 running on the master branch on the main repo and it embeds quite a few change with it we definitely need to update the docs to add this new section.

Some of the first updates once you clone it are:

• remove references to grunt, and keep the gulp reference as the main one
• remove references to the yeoman generator completely and advise on cloning the repo only

0.3.x doc instructs reader to use generator that doesn't generate 0.3.x code

The MEAN.JS 0.3.x instructions recommend the reader use the MEAN.JS Yeoman generator. However, the MEAN.JS Yeoman generator does not list any 0.3.x versions in its menu (see below).

I recommend the author of the MEAN.JS 0.3.x docs either:

1. Not recommend the reader use the MEAN.JS Yeoman generator; or
2. Explicitly say which "mean.js version" (referenced in the output of yo meanjs) is compatible with the remainder of the MEAN.JS 0.3.x docs

Changelog page could get long... perhaps link to GitHub release notes instead?

The Changelog page could start to get quite long with the current style of reproducing the release notes. Are we happy for the current style of the Changelog page to remain? Or...

Perhaps we could just link off to the main Releases page and also to the relevant release notes for each release. For example:

• Releases Home
• Release 0.5.0
• Release 0.4.2
• Release 0.4.1
• Etc...
