Profile cannot use AWS named profile

When using a profile, environment variables are used for authorization with AWS. Instead, the AWS named profile should be used if specified.

Add section to readme with installation instructions
it's currently not clear how to install runecs

go install github.com/meap/runecs@main
does not work for me :/

Exit code is not propagated

Exit code for one time tasks is not propagated via run --wait.

$ runecs run false --cluster *-cluster --service backend --wait

0
$ false
$ echo $?

Also, nice to have, would be nice if this line ...

2022/04/25 07:31:23 task arn:aws:ecs:*:*:task/*-cluster/* finished

... can say something like this ...

2022/04/25 07:31:23 task arn:aws:ecs:*:*:task/*-cluster/* finished with exit code 1234
