ValidationException returns 500 HTTP Status

ValidationException returns HTTP 500 Server Error when it should return 400 Bad Request.

Fix Model\ResponseModelTest::testSomeExceptionToArrayFormValidationException on HHVM

This test currently fails on HHVM with the following message:
