Can you confirm you do not have values for these settings in any ini files?

I confirm, I have no such settings.

I have not actually verified it, but since my test system is a new Windows (10) installation (with the network delay registry patch applied) I highly doubt that these non default options are configured.

For what it's worth, I was able to reproduce this three times out of the three network games I played.

During a test with Alket I could still reproduce it. I was using this snapshot:

My test scenario was a little bit different this time, since I was installing Visual Studio at the same time, keeping the disk somewhat busy. It does not feel like this issue is just disk bound, though.

the freezes I mentioned are gone now with a8b735f

Filux had the command delay on linux too today. He was slow loading like windows clients do typically.
So it looks like this is not something windows specific.

( trouble with freezes are back and in their own issue now #97 )
