What's the operating system that you're using on that hardware?
If you're on Windows could you try running this command dlsym Dev.exe (in Linux this would be ldd Dev)

Can you tell me the steps in detail for me to reproduce the problem?

I'm using Windows 10, I just downloaded the game unzipped it and ran RUN_DEMO.bat
