Can not change angular files to make them my own

Hi Mehul,

I follow a course right now making apps in Ionic 4. Never worked with Angular before. A part of the course is download your portfolio and edit the different components/html/css to make it my own.
So I tried. But unfortunately after making some changes in the html files, on localhost I continue seeing your portfolio and not my changes. Are the files protected or something?
Please help me, I'm studying and I really don't understand what's wrong right now.

Dynamic Progress Bar in Skills

Hi Mehul,

Progress Bar in Skills component is hard-coded to 80%. It can be made dynamic by passing the skill.progress to style: width.
