remove indirect dependencies on lxd

Currently, cloudconfig-lxd uses 3 go.mod files for LXD dependencies:

  • melato.org/lxdclient/go.mod
  • melato.org/cloudconfiglxd/go.mod
  • melato.org/cloudconfiglxd/main/go.mod

To simplify dependencies, merge the lxdcient/ package here, and use a single go.mod.

melato.org/lxdclient was meant to be a separate module that provides a mechanism to connect to an LXD server.
But I have encountered bugs with cloudconfig-lxd depending on which version of lxd is used. Therefore, I eliminate submodules,
until these issues are resolved.
