Add city name to post on User show page
The posts should display the name of the city with which they are associated
Deleting posts
Presently, if a user visits his/her profile page and proceeds to delete a post, user will be redirected properly (cities show page), but if s/he, presses the back button, the post will still be visible. If s/he pushes the delete button once again, a message is thrown.

Mailer not functional
Presently, under the create method in the User Controller, this is commented out:
UserMailer.welcome_email(@user).deliver
In Production, this mailer is not functioning properly as a result of conflicts with Gmail's security settings.
No buttons for Admin to CRUD Cities
- Add buttons to the city view page that are only visible to the admin
- Edit
- Delete
