Develop Metanorma content tree parsing/writing gem

The way Metanorma works:

1. Use LaTeX or AsciiDoc parser to parse Metanorma versions of markup languages.
2. In metanorma-standoc we transform the input content tree into a Metanorma content tree. Metanorma uses XML to store this content tree.
3. Metanorma's isodoc converts this Metanorma XML into a presentation output.

In Step 2 and 3, we need a "metanorma content" gem that can read from and write into a Metanorma content tree, and be able to serialize the XML. This is done by traversing an XML parse tree with nodes, not using XPaths (O(n) for each access).

This task is to develop this "metanorma content" gem that can read from and write into a Metanorma content tree, and be able to serialize the XML. This will update the isodoc gem and metanorma-* gems.
