Initial installation problem

After 'npm install impress' we have following output:

Start new Impress projects using the `new` command

Scaffold new API handlers using the `new` command

Make impress-cli distinguish between global and local Impress installations

`impress status` captures non-Impress processes

impress status seems to capture any processes that have a word impress in their title. Example (Impress is actually not running):
