Outdated docs

Is this still valid repo for https://revive.run/?

I have noticed some rules that Revive supports are not documented in https://revive.run/, like use-any or banned-characters (and maybe more). I would create a PR with those fixes, but this repo wasn't updated for more than 2 years. So I'm not sure it is still valid one, or documentation lives somewhere else.

Deeplinks on revive.run rules page aren't working on Safari

Describe the bug
Deeplinks such as https://revive.run/r#add-constant do not work. They link to the page, but not the specific rule.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit revive.run
2. Try clicking any of the links such as add-constant
3. Observe that it doesn't take you anywhere

Expected behavior
I expect this to link me to the specific rule.

The font of the navigation is blurry

Wrong URL to a rule description

When I try to open a rule description I get the "404 Not Found" page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://revive.run/docs#available-rules
2. Open any rule, e.g. context-key-types.

Expected

The page https://revive.run/r#context-keys-type appears.

Actual

The page https://revive.run/RULES_DESCRIPTIONS.md#context-key-types appears.
