Publicly accessible brokers do not support security groups

This is kinda knitpicky, but... when creating a publicly accessible broker and specifying security groups you get the following error message:

I suggest the security_groups variable be defaulted to an empty list.

Any particular reason, why logs block is disabled, it should be enabled
