Create announcement feature

Several (~5) seconds after the fade-in animations, a speech bubble appears below the logo. As the text bubble png transitions in, the title, description elements, and calendar transition downward.

Todos:

• Title/description/calendar transitions (should padding for each element change with vertical transition?)
• Fade in graphics/speech-bubble.png
• Ingest announcement from json/announcment.json
• Colored, bolded date precedes announcement body

To add extra space for compaction, we could

Add "Airing this week" to song list on arc path

Add "airing this week" to the beginning of song list string. Apply additional formatting (background shadin g, etc.)

Notes:
Since song list csvs will be repurposed from broadcast processing, it would be helpful to develop a js strategy to append a separate "airing this week" string to the song list string on the page.

Change font weight of ll-title

Change weight of source code pro font in title strings.
