how to install?

I installed the plugin until I converted it to 1.9.0 (5271)
the plugin does not work when opening the server it closes and does not send me the errors

issue SQL mysql

i wanted to test plugin on home server but it doesn't work
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THIS PLUGIN WITHOUT sql mysql database and other?

CT cannot be selected

Hello, I have encountered a problem, when the [REC] BOT appears, I re-enter the server and cannot automatically select the CT, enter /menu -> 6 prompts "[CC] You can not use mode Noclip"
