MS_Classifier

This document outlines a Naive and Non-Naive Bayesian classifier in Python for a dataset containing multiple features and multiple classes. A description of the math is given in the provided PDF. I wrote this for a class project so pardon the language specific to that class. (In this project my team created a classifier for diagnosing multiple scelorosis based on gut microbiome data, hence 'MS').
