add timer

add `require` support for loading external modules

It should work like this:

var ring1 = require('models/1_rotor/1a_notched_ring.jscad');
// now it can be edited like normal model
ring1.scale(2);
ring1.translate([0, 0, objectHeight * 0.7]);
// etc...

optimize the way of generating holes

hole can stay unchanged, but circularHoles should generate one big collection of cylinders and defferenced with the base object at the end, not after every single hole.
