Adding travis as default CI

Should we add travis as default CI to generated app?

Adding a decorator generator

Should work like this:

yo generator-name:decorator $log # to decorate the $log service

Errors when generating features and directives

At random times, the app chokes after generating features and directives (possibly other times, but these were the two that occurred for me). The issue is difficult to replicate, but may have to do with race conditions in the reload process after file changes.

I think yeoman closes the node process before the callback inside of fs.commit ever runs.

Controller generation template needs updating

As of now, the state template partial lists the following as the templateUrl:

templateUrl: '<%= appSubFolder %><%= nameParamCase %>/<%= nameParamCase %>.html',

This does not equate to the correct file path and should be changed to:

templateUrl: '<%= appSubFolder %><%= moduleNameParamCase %>/<%= nameParamCase %>.html',

Styleguide says to use factories, not services
