Foxy deprecation plan, support for humble

Hello,

I am contributing some doc changes for micro-ROS.github.io. See here: micro-ROS/micro-ROS.github.io#401

All of the dependencies are updated to humble, except this repo, and Foxy is EOL in a month or so.
Are there plans to update the tutorial instructions and test on Humble?
If not, are you ok if it is removed from the tutorial list and noted as deprecated?
