Followup to #48, I suggest changing the shortcut icon link to use the svg logo.

Add a section explaining why you'd use each mf2 prefix

One of the difficult things for a beginner to mf2 is what and why the prefixes are used. Adding a section explaining the differences between u-, p-, dt- and h-

If anyone has any copy, feel free to add that below.

h-card classname should be u-logo

The logo at the top of the page should be (I think) u-logo and not u-photo. The former is for a logo of the person or organization, the latter for a photo.

Is this basically a static site?

After working on #41 #42 #43 #44 I see this repo seems to be a static site.

Rails routes shows activestorage url endpoints and a single endpoint for what could be a static page.

Would you be open to a PR converting this to static HTML? It should sure cut down maintenance and make this easier to maintain.

rel license is missing

The link to the cc0 license is missing the rel=license attribute.

Document how to deploy the subdomains

PHP and Python parsers on the subdomains need to be updated (also see #18). Can you document how that's done and grant permissions as necessary, @veganstraightedge?

make site more POSH

The markup relies on lots of divs where more semantic markup would be more appropriate:

• header instead of div.jumbotron
• figure instead of div.card
• etc.

Also, I don't think the bootstrap css is really necessary. For one thing, it's a pretty simple one page site. For another, modern css can do what bootstrap does, much more simply. Making these changes would provide a better example for anyone who views source of microformats.io, and would also resolve #29 (I think).

Move parser subdomain hosting off of Heroku

Moving this conversation from willnorris/microformats#24 Will Norris set up the Go parser website to be deployed from Fly.io instead of Heroku.

Before we commit to moving the rest to Fly.io, I'd like to get a sense of the pricing. (I'm sure whatever it is will be cheaper than Heroku, but still would like to confirm!)

We would also like to discuss redirecting the .io domains to *.microformats.dev. Moving the hosting is a good opportunity to do this, since we can set up the new sites whenever without disrupting the existing ones.

I suggest replacing the svg logo in assets with the smaller and more readable one I created a couple of years ago:

Add Twitter/Facebook meta tags

alt attributes

The alt attributes for the images are wrong. The alt attribute should be a textual alternative for the image, not a description. In particular, per https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLImageElement/alt#icons_or_logos

if an image is a corporate logo, the alt text should be the name of the company.
