add "temporary golden-berry" doors

• player approaches entry door; cutscene starts, with berry popping out of door and door opening
• as soon as the cutscene ends, session is saved to the berry, and the player dying reloads to that session
• player approaches corresponding exit door; cutscene starts, with berry merging with door and opening it; on-death effect ends

this would be an easy way to enforce respawning at a specific point when dying in an arbitrary set of rooms

add horizontal doors

like current door, but rotated 90°

allow doors to start hidden

four options:

• 0b00 start closed (current behaviour; like core)
• 0b01 start hidden above the screen (like farewell)
• 0b10 start hidden below the screen
• 0b11 start hidden both above and below, and smash closed from both sides
