Module4 (Front-End Dev): not working in Internet Explorer 11

Great tutorial! Thank you!. While going through Module 4 (Front-end dev), I notice that the demos in Exercise 2 don't work (most of the time) in IE 11 (Windows 10 x64) even though they work fine in Mozilla Firefox.

I have seen a PR related to this on the Angular2 GitHub. The recommendation was to use an "IE Shim". Being new to this, I am not sure how/where to incorporated the shim in the tutorial code.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Remove prerequisite note about lab machines after Build

Remove from all lab docs:

Note: All prerequisites have already been installed on the lab machines at Build 2016.

@View decorator has been removed for now and is no longer optional

This decorator is used in the order-app component. It should be removed and the options should be moved to the Component decorator.

Module 3: SQL Server account requirements

• Is more than eight characters in length
• Contains characters from at least three of the following categories: •English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Nonalphabetic characters (for example: !, $, #, %)

Username must be greater than 2 characters (no 'sa')

All modules: Slide decks should show desktop icons

Show desktop icons (link to labs, reset scripts, etc.). May want to have this on walk-in slide.
