Auto-instrumentation support for Pekko 1.0.0 in Java agent

A PR was created to enable the Pekko instrumentation with

I'm guessing but I presume this also needs change:

So we may also need otel (Open Telemetry) to also change to support Pekko.

This repo already depends on opentelemetry-java-instrumentation 1.32.0 so it looks likely that a few lines of code added to this repo should enable Pekko support.
