Repository for Build 2020 Digital Swag

Welcome!

Hello there and thank you for joining us for Microsoft Build 2020!

Since we don't get to be with you in person this year, we decided to re-think swag a little bit and thus, this repo was born. We have taken the new designs for Build this year and turned it into a collection of digital swag that's free for you to use and share!

In this collection you'll find desktop wallpapers, Apple Watch faces, and Twitter headers in a mix of dark and light themes.

As a plus, Kayla Cinnamon has offered to share her collection of developer themed Apple Watch faces!

We hope you enjoy everything we've put together this year for Build.

Contributing:

Feature Request: 5120x1440 wallpapers for ultra-wide displays

Requesting wallpapers for 5120x1440 (32:9) to fit this display:

Need 3D versions of logos and mascots as .glb Mixed Reality props

There are a few Windows Mixed Reality sessions and we have the Mixed Reality Dev Days right after Build.
We need 3D models of the logos and mascots as .glb file to use as decoration props in our Mixed Reality home environment and HoloLens!

Something like those for WinUI, WSL, Edge, Windows Terminal, GitHub octocat, Channel9 guy, etc... :

Low image quality

Hi,
First of all thanks for the great designs, my favourite is Build_Wallpaper_DarkTheme_DesignC.png

I am a little picky with desktop wallpapers as Windows by default reduces the JPEG quality once you set a background in that format.

In this case, this is fixed as they are PNG files, but I can appreciate that somewhere in the process that original quality was lost.

This can be appreciated looking at Build_Wallpaper_DarkTheme_DesignA.png but the issue might be common to all resources.

This is a sample at 2x zoom:

You can appreciate that edges are not sharp and that JPEG artifacts are visible even if this is a PNG file.

As this images where computer generated there it should be a way to keep its perfection, if something can be fixed it would be cool to apply it to all the resources.
