Error while importing "FinancialServicesAcceleratorPortal_1_0_0_0_managed"

Getting an error "The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported." while importing "FinancialServicesAcceleratorPortal_1_0_0_0_managed". Following the steps mentioned into "Install Guide for Banking Portal" at https://github.com/microsoft/Industry-Accelerator-FinancialServices/tree/master/apps/samplecode/portals/banking

Test Drive Error Message

After I received my email stating that the test drive was ready, I am getting the following error message

I was not able to import sample data using package deployer

Banking.Accelerator.Walkthrough.pdf cannot be opened

The pdf cannot be opened, appears to be a corrupt file. Tried multiple downloads and different apps to open it but all fail.

Errors in excel/ ppt / pdf

How do you uninstall this from Dynamics CRM?

This was installed in the Power Apps admin area by a different user.

We tried it out but would now like to uninstall it.

How do we do that? We tried deleting the managed solutions inside CRM but they're giving an error. Is deleting the managed solutions the right approach?
