The bug with the error message itself is fixed in #32366 and will be released in the next release.

Can you please upload a /bugreport that we can look at the log file to check what plugin(s) are broken.

Thanks, fixed it with complete thorough uninstall (Revo) and then reinstall.
The odd thing was that the actual error message was completely irrelevant as none of the plug-ins had an issue. All worked and it was just the completely irrelevant and cryptic error message.
