issue on duplicate index on

This line is creating a duplicate index DDL exception in Marten. A duplicate field is automatically indexed.

EmailAlreadyExists for existing user after authenticating

When I authenticate using an OAUTH2 provider (ServiceStack.Authentication.Azure) I get an EmailAlreadyExists when the user logins the second time. The first time the user is created and stored, logout and login again with the same user. The ArgumentException EmailAlreadyExists is raised.
