Temporarily disable or mute the pips

Might be nice to include a way to temporarily disable the pips (from the drop-down menu rather than the extensions page), such as when you're in a meeting.

plus/minus buttons

A nice feature would be to add plus/minus (or up/down or right/left) buttons to the frequency slider to make it easier to make stepwise adjustments to the configured tone frequency

Need a way to save frequency

Pip frequency returns to 1000Hz every time you restart the browser. Should save this setting to a local config file.

CSS styling to popup html

The popup (config) html page is pretty crude today. It would be nice to add some style.

In particular, adding some style to the play/test button would be nice.
