I installed the new build and the problem hasn't happened yet.

I've been seeing the same problem, and also approximately half the images in tweets in the main window not rendering (replaced with a static hourglass icon).

The new build seems to have fixed the problem for me too.

Good to know. I was trying to correct for a feature (bug) in WPF where it uses the images embedded DPI if it has one. Images with a embedded DPI greater than 96 DPI rendering annoying small. Thought I had it but it caused the blank/gray images issue. Fortunately, most images out there don't embed DPI info.
