--test-caravel broken

When re-naming the project and wrapper (see #2) I broke --test-caravel. I rather suspect it was never working. Will reach out to @mattvenn for this one.

metal on layer 5

Hi Mike,
you're probably aware but you have metal on layer 5 which isn't allowed for a non-core macro. See page 5 of project 4.2 regarding config adjustments to correct this.

macro name is inconsistent

the module name if the lvs doesn't match the module name in the lef, so openlane has problems merging this macro.
I think maybe you have re-hardened the gds/lef but with altered verilog, but then not pushed the verilog?
